What is My New Holland?

My New Holland is an area dedicated and projected for farmers. In My New Holland you can find useful information and services for your day to day working life, such as operator manuals for your New Holland equipment, exclusive training videos, a special area to discuss the hottest agricultural topics, etc.

 

Why should I register to My New Holland?

My New Holland can offer important benefits in your daily work: you can have a special discussion with agricultural well-known experts and you can access privileged information; e.g. by adding your equipment you can access operator manuals.

 

Why should I answer a security question?

The security question is a quick way to know that you are really the one requesting a new password. It has been projected for your security and to be sure that nobody is stealing your data.

 

I forgot my password. Is there a way I can retrieve it?

Just on the left of the login box you can see a link “Forgot password?” Just click on it and follow the instructions; you will be required to enter your email, choose a new password and answer the security question. As a further means of security, you will receive an email with a link; once you click on it, you can start enjoying My New Holland using your new password!

Which contents are considered inappropriate?

We consider inappropriate all content that:
• Contains swear words or are otherwise objectionable
• Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
• Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
• Break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity.
• Advertise products or services for profit or gain.
• Are seen to impersonate someone else.
• Include contact details such as phone numbers, postal or email addresses.
• Describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or well-being of others.
• Are considered to be "spam", that is posts containing the same, or similar, content posted multiple times.
• Contain links to other websites which break our above guidelines

 

I can no longer access My New Holland. What has happened?

If you are still unable to enter My New Holland, the editorial team may have blocked your user for recurrent inappropriate content you may have posted. MY PROFILE

Why should I fill in all my personal data?

Filling in your complete profile helps New Holland to offer services specifically targeted for you. While we appreciate knowing better our customers, only very few fields are mandatory and if new ones are required for new services, we will ask you for those only once.

 

Are all fields mandatory?

No, very few fields are mandatory, all the others can be filled in upon your choice. To register we require that you fill in your name, your email (to be used as username also) and your country, so we can identify your product offering. As you access different services, we may require additional information, like the city where you live to set your local dealer.

 

Is my data visible to other users?

Your name and your country are always visible to other users, while none of your personal contact details (address, phone number, email) are ever provided to other users. For all the other fields you can decide yourself what you want to display to other members and what should remain private. By default, no fields in the profile section are visible, but you can make them available by removing the flag in the corresponding field. On the contrary, equipment are by default visible and you can hide them from other members by checking the corresponding box.

 

I would like to change the market. How is that possible?

We are sorry but markets cannot be changed for technical reasons. Most of the content you see depends on the market you have selected when you register, so if you move to another market you should register as a different user.

 

 

EQUIPMENT

Why should I register my equipment?

Registering your equipment will give you access to exclusive VIP documents and materials. These can differ from product to product, however in general, we offer for all products the most updated version of the user manual and the latest brochure. Very often, you can also find a reach video-gallery with useful tips about your equipment. In addition, when available, you can find very interesting promotions on after sales and maintenance services you can benefit from.

 

How can I register my equipment?

You can fill in your serial number or use the form selecting step by step the product information. If your serial number is not found or your product is not yet in My New Holland, please use the product registration form and we will provide the product information as soon as possible.

 

Why should I fill in all the equipment information?

Filling in all your equipment information helps New Holland to offer services specifically targeted for you. While we appreciate knowing better our customers, only very few fields are mandatory and if new ones are required for new services, we will ask you for those only once.

 

Who is going to see this information?

Other My New Holland users will only see the products you have added (Brand, Product family, Series and model), unless you have made the product not visible to other members.

 

How can I download an Operator’s Manual?​ 

Downloading your user manual has never been easier … and free! As a first step, add your equipment; in the “Documents” link you can find all the available exclusive content, among which is the Operator’s Manual.

 

I have registered my equipment, but I cannot see any VIP material. When are they available?

It may happen that our editorial team has not inserted the VIP material for some products, but as soon as you have registered it, we will take care of adding the new material. Check back in few days, they will be there!

 

 

PLM

Why should I register my product?

Registering your product will give you access to exclusive documents and materials. If you also add the product Serial Number, you can access the most recent publications, such as Operator’s Manuals and Quick Reference Guides.

 

Why should I fill in all the products data?

Filling in all your equipment information helps New Holland to offer services specifically targeted for you. In addition to this, registering your product through the Serial Number grants you the access to the publications, such us Operator’s Manuals and Quick Reference Guide.

 

Can I get support for my PLMTM on My New Holland?

On My New Holland, you can find a support area for PLMTM where you can quickly retrieve the contacts of your dealer and of New Holland support.

 

 

DEALERS

Why should I set my local dealer?

Setting your local dealer is a very useful feature to retrieve quickly your dealer data whenever you are in need.

 

What is the difference between this dealer locator and the website dealer locator?

The dealers you can find in My New Holland and newholland.com are our entire network, so there is no difference. Nevertheless, in My New Holland you can set your favourite dealer and use it for retrieving the dealer contact details even quicker.

 

 

ACADEMY

What is the PLM Academy?

Registering your product will give you access to exclusive documents and materials. If you also add the product Serial Number, you can access the most recent publications, such as Operator’s Manuals and Quick Reference Guides.

 

Why should I fill in all the products data?

PLM Academy is a special training programme developed for New Holland PLM customers. Through online videos, the PLM Academy will give you support in using PLM products and exploiting their full capabilities. It can be accessed either on My New Holland on your PC or through the dedicated app on Google Play and iTunes stores.

 

Why should I use the PLM Academy?

PLM Academy is the best tool to understand quickly how to make your PLM products work at their best. A wide range of courses is available to help you knowing your PLM tools at further enhance your knowledge, and to enable you to squeeze every ounce of potential out of your on-farm solutions. If that wasn’t enough, you can access quick-reference tutorials or the video training library to ensure you keep up to date with the latest PLM developments.

 

How can I access the PLM Academy?

You can start your training with PLM Academy either on your PC through My New Holland or by downloading the PLM Academy app on Google Play and iTunes stores. You can use both with one single login, so just choose the one that best fits you whenever you need it!

 

Why can I access only to some content? Why is some content restricted?

PLM Academy app has two different levels of access: a wider access that includes only some content and a restricted access, which includes all the contents available. To get this second kind of access you need to enter a “Voucher code”; if you still did not get one, please ask to your New Holland dealer.

 

Where can I get a voucher code?

Voucher codes are provided to customers directly by their preferred dealer and they are free for all New Holland customers.

 

I had an Academy access in the past. What do I do with that?

Your previous access to PLM Academy is still valid and in place and you can keep accessing to all PLM Academy content with it, either through the app or My New Holland. At your first login, you may be asked to make a reconciliation process, just to confirm that your data are still valid and be sure we have all the important information to grant you full access. The process is very simple and will take from 5 to 10 minutes to be completed. Once done, you will be able to login to either My New Holland or PLM Academy app with that.

 

Which is the difference between the Academy section here on My New Holland and the PLM Academy app?

There are no differences actually, the content is the same on both, as well as the username and password you need to login. You can either choose one or the other depending on what is most handy for you and you can easily switch from one to the other depending on your needs.

 

Where can I find the PLM Academy content on My New Holland?

PLM Academy content can be found into the “Precision Land Management” section. Once there, you can either click on the PLM Academy menu on the left, to access to all the contents, or you can go to one of your registered products and watch content related to a specific product only.

Where can I download My New Holland app?

My New Holland app is available on iTunes and Google Play stores.

 

Why should I download My New Holland app?

My New Holland is the all-in-one app for your business! Get all the functionalities of My New Holland wherever you are, whenever you need it. The app is built with various modules that can be easily shown or hidden for your specific needs and synchronized between your smartphone and desktop so that any changes made will be visible on both.

 

Is My New Holland app free?

Yes, it is and will always be.

 

Which is the difference between My New Holland site and app?

There is no difference actually: the content is the same on both, as well as the username and password you need to login. You can either choose one or the other depending on what is most handy for you and you can easily switch from one to the other depending on your needs.

 

Do I need two username to use My New Holland on my computer and on the app?

No, you don’t. You can use the same username and password to access both. Also, your actions are saved on both.
