Gentle crop lifting
112 or 128 curved tines with close spacing, gently lift the crop. The profile of the pick-up cam ensures a positive crop transfer to the feeder and reduces the tine flicking action and as such the risk that the pick-up will throw stones forward. The cam position can be easily adapted to reduce the distance between the pick-up and the feeder. A high pick-up speed, linked to a high feeder speed, increases the intake of crop, by presenting the crop in an even, flat layer to the bale chamber, resulting in high field speed. Two stub augers ensure full width feeding from the pick-up for perfect filling of the bale chamber sides.
