​​Our Mission: To provide best possible service to all New Holland Agriculture customers in India and ensure maximum uptime of their machines through our Dealers and channel partners, in order to maximize their productivity and profitability.

 

Technical Service 

Service Network:
At New Holland Agriculture India, it is our continuous effort to keep expending our service network in order to reach every customer and provide support for Sale, Service and Spares. Presently, we have a network of more than 1000 Customer Touch Points including Main Dealers, dealer branches, satellite dealers and authorised service centres. All New Holland dealers are well equipped with robust infrastructure, availability of spares, and well-trained work force to provide the best-in-class service to our customer for complete customer satisfaction.

​Dealer Assistance Tools:
In India, all our dealers are connected to the sales & service teams at the Greater Noida plant. We have a system in place at all our dealerships to update all the customer queries & complaints at a central place. This information is visible to the concerned people at the head office who can keep a track on the progress. We have tools like eWarranty, ASIST and Field Concern System to help us provide the best product support as per their expectations.

Customer Care Centre:

In an endeavour to facilitate our customers to reach us, New Holland Agriculture India established a Customer Care Centre with a toll-free number 1800 419 0124, which is available in 5 regional languages apart from Hindi and English. Our customers can call this number to get answers to all their queries related to New Holland tractors. The call centre also makes calls to our customer to take their feedback on service provided by a dealer in order to improve the quality of service.

Service Complaint Escalation:

In the rare case when a customer is not satisfied with the level of service provided by a dealer, he can call our Customer helpline to escalate his concern. The Customer Care Centre forwards such calls to the concerned dealer for quick resolution of the problem. If the problem is not solved in next two days, the complaint is assigned to the next level of authority at New Holland Agriculture until the concern is resolved. This process helps us keep a check on our dealer performance and provides our customers the assurance of prompt service.
